Article 189 a

§ 1. Whoever commits trafficking in human beings shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than 3 years.

§ 2. Whoever makes preparations to commit an offence referred to in § 1 shall be punished with imprisonment from 3 months to 5 years.
